Signals / Communications Seminar Conference at Asilomar

NPGS Physics dept hired Enflow Information Systems™  to: create a software system to track, log, and report on all the authors, contacts and registrants involved with the seminar conference.

• Enflow used Visual Basic and Microsoft Access to build the software database front end and provided the source code to enable future work extensions.
  
  
• Created a yearly Author-Seminar scheduling report system that reduced its former time of production from 3 weeks to 3 seconds.
  
  
• Designed a mother contact table that would log all contacts and use that table to feed all sub tables (Authors, Contacts, Registrants) to reduce workflow duplication.
