Real Seal,
Inc hired Enflow Information Systems™ to:
create a costing software database that would replace
their inefficent spreadsheet system. Real Seal wanted
to not only record bids and quotes for customers (plus
inventory tracking) but also to transfer bids, when
accepted, to their orders tables to enable later printing
of business intelligence reports - grouped by customer,
etc.
- Enflow used Visual
Basic and Microsoft Access to build the software
database front end and provided the source
code to enable future work extensions.
- Enabled the software
to export directly into specific Excel spreadsheet
fields for inventory tracking.
- Built drop
downs, lookups and specific input forms to add
flexibility and handle the many minute changes
to variable inputs for costing changes and updates.
