Our Minimum Custom Project Cost is $500...
80% of our Access
to Access projects cost between $500 - $3,000.
80% of our Access
to SQL Server projects cost between $2,000 -
$9,000
There is only a 10% downpayment and then No
Charge for your project until we reach / complete
the first major milestone...
We provide a Hi Low Bid
Range for our projects and we stick to it...
requested panic ASAP work which is priced accordingly...
We
stick to our Bid Ranges as long
as large change requests are not added to the specs which would require new estimates...
If new item requests are added during a project we
can do them by the Bid or by the hour at the discretion
of the client...
Fixed price quotes include
the following aspects of our software / database work:
Planning, Design, Programming, Development, Testing,
Deployment and free bug
- error fixes for 90 days from final delivery
of a complete version 1.0...
Once the Software Database
Project is finished your company will have all
the source programming code and complete access
to it and you have the option of further upgrading your
project with us or on your own or with some other programmig
shop.
Our Tele-Remote Communications
Software Usage...
We use VPN,
VNC, PC
Anywhere, LogMeIn, Remote
Desktop, and CoPilot
to fix, support, build and deploy our projects to
your business... We do not need to be on-site... We
can design any Software Project for your business
model from our office suite - and have done so for
over 10 years...- we do not need to be at your company
address to complete a project...
If you require a Fixed Document
Contract
10% payment will be required
before we start work. Milestone payment is due no
later than 30 days after delivery of each completed
milestone(s).
Any further changes or alterations
not included in the original specs are considered
extra work and necessitate either a separate quote
or will be done on a time and materials rate..
Our Support Warranty
We offer 90 days of free
support after initial delivery of the finished work
during which the client is required to completely
test out their new code.
After the 90 day free support
period is over the client will then be charged any
support at our hourly rate per type of programming.
All Time and Material Billing...
We charge by
the quarter hour... So if it takes us only
15 minutes or less to do a quick fix, etc. we only
charge for a quarter of an hour NOT
for the whole hour like 90% of the shops out there...
